Aaron’s practice is dedicated to general civil litigation defense with an emphasis on construction defect litigation, professional malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury claims. Aaron’s practice spans from pre-suit counseling, to trial work, to handling appeals made to Washington Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
Aaron has substantial experience representing developers, general contractors, and design professionals against tort and breach of contract claims. Within the health care context, Aaron has represented physicians and dentists in defense of malpractice claims and licensing proceedings brought by the Medical Quality Assurance Commission and Dental Quality Assurance Commission.
Aaron graduated from the University of San Francisco with honors, receiving a B.A. in English with a writing emphasis. He attended Tulane Law School, and received his J.D. in 1999. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association. In addition to all Washington State courts, Aaron is admitted to practice in the federal U.S. District Court Western District of Washington and United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. During his free time, Aaron enjoys hiking, sailing, and traveling with his wife, Salon.
