Bryan’s legal career has been focused on defending general liability cases. Bryan studied law at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He then worked for seven years handling general liability and workplace injury claims in Chicago, Illinois, before moving to Seattle in 2009. He is an experienced litigator in a variety of cases, including claims for medical malpractice, product liability, workplace injuries, wrongful death, construction defect, employment discrimination, and breach of contract. Further, his engineering and science background provides him with helpful knowledge in some of the more complex malpractice, products, and construction claims.
His current practice includes various lines of insurance: additional insured coverage; advertising injury and personal injury liability coverage; bad faith litigation; broker liability; builder’s risk coverage; commercial general liability (CGL) insurance; commercial property insurance; contractor liability coverage; cyber-risks coverage; directors and officers (D&O) coverage; employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) coverage; errors and omissions (E&O) coverage; excess and umbrella coverage; and professional liability coverage.
