Bryan received a B.A. in English from the University of Florida and a J.D. with honors from Seattle University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Bryan served as Editor in Chief of the Seattle University Law Review.
After law school, Bryan served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Elaine Houghton of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II in Tacoma. Following completion of his clerkship in 2008, he entered private practice in Seattle. Initially, his practice involved general civil defense litigation, including defense of negligent supervision claims, personal injury claims, and insurance coverage.
For several years, Bryan’s practice has been dedicated entirely to representation of individual healthcare providers, hospitals, and related healthcare entities in response to civil actions or state licensing actions or investigations. He greatly enjoys advocating on behalf of health care professionals, as his family includes multiple practicing physicians.
Bryan’s professional memberships include the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
